C3! - Registration Coordination

Phil, are you still planning to miss C3???
I am definitely going. John's going. Jonathan is signed up. Jay will be going certainly and Dave... But, no Chicken.
That reminds me, I have to make sure Johnny and Mikey have their memberships renewed!

Yea, I think he mentioned to me that he may be heading up to visit with his family since he will be away in Turkey at the end of August.
We'll see about the C3 trip for you, I think we can make it happen!

Okay. Phil and Mikey wish to attend C3 but have expired ACE memberships. I'm already guesting in a guy from work (Scott). Jonathan, Jay, Dave, can you guys guest in Phil and Mikey????

I have already sent my check in, but I think as long as they e-mail robert and tell him that they are one of my guest. Then there should not be a problem.

That will work out great Dave! Phil, go ahead and e-mail Robert U and let him know you will be attending as a guest to Dave!

Phil said he would e-mail Robert U and let him know that he will be guested by Dave. Also, if his girlfriend goes (Lisa) he is going to have her guested by Jon or Jay.

Registration Situation

Okay, here's how we need to play it:
Phil will register as GUEST under Dave Drake
Lisa will register as GUEST under Jonathan
Mikey will register as GUEST under Jay
I'm taking care of registering myself and Scott (guy from work).
Johnny will not be going as he's off to visit his parents in MI before shipping off to Turkey for a month.
Phil, you will need to register yourself and Lisa on the website... Mikey, you will need to do the same. See Jonathan's post in this thread for the link to the Southeast ACE registration site.
Let's get this done people... the deadline is August 4th! That's next Thursday. It will be here before we know it!

Well, it looks like Phil may not be going after all so we are basically looking at Mikey as the only one needing to have someone guest him and he can do that under Dave.
So, maybe not as complicated as you might think!
