March 24 is home to the following events:
Carowinds Opening Day
Busch Gardens Opening Day
Spring Fling at Six Flags over Georgia

Griffon at Busch Gardens isn't quite ready yet. So, I assume everyone around here would rather do Carowinds instead of the Spring Fling since it's closer, but then Six Flags Georgia has Goliath.

Yeah I'll be at Carowinds.

Hopefully it will be warmer this year than last year was on opening day.

I think the general consensus with the clan is to go to Carowinds. Lets do it!

I would love to go to Carowinds opening day with you guys this year, but right now I'm leaning toward Spring Fling for a number of reasons. I will figure out what I'm going to do within the next few weeks.

You might as well come to Carowinds since Six Flags will shut down all the coasters after 5 minutes for fear of an attack by aliens.

At least that's what they told us last year.

My wife did mention something about breakfast at Cracker Barrel and being at the park for a bit, but she doesn't have a beard. Don't get too disappointed.

Cracker Barrel sounds good to me! I thought you would be going to Spring Fling Wes?

Nah, I had my fill of Atlanta on my 2 trips down there last year. I really have no desire to go back to that traffic jam filled city until SFOG builds another coaster. Goliath is awesomefied for sure, but it's just not about worth it.

I'll be there at Carowinds for the 3rd year in a row on opening day.

So who all is coming, You, Phil, anybody else?

Someone call my work and tell them I'll be sick that day..


..dunno what to do.. worst case scenario, I'll go the next Saturday.
