I heard it straight from the man:

Unfortunately the grapevine is correct. We have closed the Bamboo Club
in Raleigh. Thank you for supporting the store for the years we were
open it is greatly appreciated. There are still stores in Florida and
Arizona if you are ever in the area and would like a great asian meal.
