I looked at the footage from the second film today and put together a rough cut of it. It turned out really well, I think. I should have a web friendly version of the first film online soon.

Hey Jon,

That is coolness. I used an Arriflex BL when I shot my first film, and on the second I used an Aaton..they are so quiet.

Are you transferring the film to video to edit? What lab are you using? I used Technicolor to process my film b/c they gave mad discounts to students at the time. The transferr was crae expensive.

The entire class has their film sent off at the same time in order to cut down on costs. In all honesty I have no idea what lab they send it to. It costs about $33 for a 100 foot roll to be developed, and they send the entire class's footage back on a miniDV tape so we can just capture it into the computer.
