THIS WEEKEND, Saturday Jan 14th

Post by naktwister69 »

I AM OFF ALL DAY SAT. AND WAS THINKING WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND DO SOMETHING. THIS IS WHAT I WAS THINKING WE COULD DO:

IF IT IS NICE OUT SIDE WE COULD MEET AROUND 10 OR 11 AND GO TO THE ART MUSEUM AND WALK THE MUSEUM TRAIL AFTER WE FINISH INSIDE,WHICH IS ABOUT A MILE LONG. AFTER THAT WE COULD GO TO ADVENTURE LANDING OR A MINIATURE GOLF PLACE AND PLAY GOLF. GET DINNER AND THEN A MOVIE. WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO ALL THE ABOVE JUST THOUGHT I WOULD THROW SOME IDEAS OUT THERE.

Edit - radial - I've modiffied this thread to include a poll of what to do. make your vote now! Choices are what's listed above, or what's in this thread http://whootah.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=89

Its alright, there is no need to apologize. You did nothing wrong. I just wanted to know. Regardless, thanks though in the end.
.... its the fall of rain, the rumble of thunder. Its your quote, your fervor. And in a moment, a chance, you realize. You don't have a damned choice....

Don't waste your time with King Kong.

Go see:

Brokeback Mountain ( http://imdb.com/title/tt0388795/ ) at the Rialto

*OR*

Capote ( http://imdb.com/title/tt0379725/ ) at the Galaxy or the Colony

*OR*

Good Night, and Good Luck ( http://imdb.com/title/tt0433383/ ) at the Colony

*OR*

The Squid and the Whale ( http://imdb.com/title/tt0367089/ ) at the Galaxy

But, that's just my two cents :P

EDIT: I haven't actually seen Brokeback Mountain yet, so I guess I can't really vouch for it, but the latter 3 I have seen, and they were all quite good. Both entertaining and thought provoking, as opposed to King Kong's three hours of "holy sh!t we've got to find a way to spend all 207 million dollars!"

WEEEEEELLLLLL, why don't you join us no matter WHAT the plan may be there whipper snapper?

Why don't we do the "walk the trail, get some dinner, watch a movie" thing! I'm all over that. Scott, can we not pick up the Cathulu game on Saturday Morning and finish up around 2? That way, we could get out the door and head down to the start the "walk the trail, etc. etc.," activities? WE COULD DO BOTH>>> RIGHT!!! WHOOTAHNESSSSSSS.....

Well, with Chicken and his girl having to do something on Saturday, maybe we should shelve the Role-Playing for now and plan on the "walk, dinner, movie" idea. Barb and I are up for that! What do you guys think? Jonathan, you gonna tag?
