Watch the 2006 Winter Olympics with us!

Post by AMartin777 »

Well, I don't know about you guys but I'm a big Winter Olympics fanatic. We plan on DVR / Watching alot of the games in the upcomming days. The OC is on the 10th and some downhill and luge is gonna be on 02/11 and 02/12.

Anybody interested in coming out to the house and watching the coverage with us? We can get some food together and make a party of it.

If you interested, post here and let me know!

Check out the awesomefied website:

I don't need none of that city slicker Tivo nonsense. I'll be staying up late and getting up early to watch the games.

Actually, that's our plan too! We want to watch the stuff live, at least the prime-time events. I thought we'd record the stuff earlier in the day. That will give us plenty to watch. :) Jon, you gonna come by and watch with us next Saturday?

Cool beans that everyone is on-board for it! Will nail down some times for everything. The OC is next Friday night Phil. We will be at the hockey game but I am going to record the OC to watch Saturday morning. WHICH REMINDS ME... Phil, you and Lisa wanna do the hockey game with us on the 10th? We are planning to buy tickets tonight or tomorrow for everyone so we can all sit together. Let me know as soon as you can!

Martin Gerber just made 49 saves to shut out Canada 2-0 in one of the biggest upsets so far. It was the first time Canada has been shut out since 1988 against the Soviets.
