Cedar Fair, L.P. Acquires Paramount Parks

It is official. Paramount's Carowinds is now under the same management as Cedar Point, Knott's Berry Farm, Dorney Park, Valleyfair, Worlds of Fun, Geagua Lake, and Michigan's Adventure.
I haven't collected my thoughts on this yet, but right now I am very excited. The possibility of using my season pass at Cedar Point certainly has my attention. It will be interesting to see what Cedar Fair does with this.
