So if you want to change that logo above that says "phpbb creating communities" here is how
1. create a banner and name it logo_phpbb.gif (you can use a jog image, just rename it exactly logo_phpbb.gif and take off the.jpg on the name)
2. then open your file manager..
3.find the php file, then the tempates file, then the subsilver file (if that is the forum style you are using) and then the images file....upload the newly named logo_phpbb.gif file and it will override that image....tada!
That is how I do it on our forum
Just incase you wanna add your Whootah logo
