SO some of you knew I headed up to Kings Island this past Friday evening into early Saturday afternoon. It had been a number of years since I had been there and will say the last time I went was a complete mess of a park but it seems that under new ownership the park has turned around for the better. I will say that as it stands now that I think Diamondback is about the best B&M Hyper I have been on. It has almost everything that I enjoy from Floater to injector air plus it is complete darkness when night falls. I would say it is worth the trek to ride it.

Re: King's Island Diamondback Trip
Thanks for the pics Dave. I'm supposed to be up there Friday evening and all day Saturday. I'm looking forward to it.
I've heard they did a lot of track work on Beast too.

Re: King's Island Diamondback Trip
yea they have done some really great job on the Beast. After the second lift it is really good. They still have the Mag brakes on it but was told that was more of a help to preserve the trake. i was pleased with the rides I got. I have toyed with the idea of stopping back on my way how from Holiday World saturday. It just depends on just how wet I get on the Plunge and how I feel.
