Are you guys thinking about doing another New Year's Eve party again this year? I had a lot of fun last year, as I don't drink, and there's not a lot to do in Charlotte if you don't drink.

And yes, I know I'm a bit early, but with people these days being so busy, it never hurts to start planning early.

I know, but you know me and my full social calendar. I have to plan MONTHS in advance.

BTW how's the new album coming? Didn't you say you were working on some new material?

The new material is going great! We have about 13 new songs and will begin recording them by the end of this year. We should have the album finished sometime in the Spring or Summer of '09. But no promises.

I'm open to hosting another get together at my place. Doesnt matter much to me, I'm sure Jonathan knows whats going on in downtown Raleigh. Wes said he'd love to kick everyones a$$ in mario kart though!

I'm probably behind John though lol. I've unlocked all the characters except one. I think I still have a few karts left to unlock.

I just picked up the Wii Guitar Hero World Tour kit this morning (for $59.99 @ Tarjey) so I've got a controller now if he needs a second one that night.

There were some killer deals on the Guitar Hero games over the weekend so I have all three now for the Wii (World Tour, Aerosmith & Legends of Rock) as well as 2 guitars now.

it seems no one really has any strong feelings for anything else, so the general consensus is that we'll do a hang out at my place again. John will bring his Wii and various accessories, which include the full rock band set. Barbara has to work the next day so she won't be staying late. John's not sure if he has to work the next day or not, but he probably will have to. But regardless:

Party at my place for all. If you already know how to get here you're invited. Bring a few dollars to provide for the pizza and drink fund. I'll get soft drinks such as pepsi, sprite, dr pepper, but last time i tried to choose diet drinks no one drank any. If you want diet or particular drink for you, please bring your own. Alan has to work as well I think he told me. So I guess since noone can really stay up too late this year, I'll just pass myself.

We can get together sometime in the new year I guess.
